(01) About

We are a specialty interior finishes contractor — we think like designers and work like builders. For 42 years CIC has taken the hard part of an interior — the curved room, the new material nobody has installed, the building that can’t close — and made it look effortless.

Interiors are all we do

Three ways to work with us.

Bring us the whole problem, a finished spec, or a schedule to hit. Same crews, same standard.

01

Design & build

Owners & facility teams

Bring us the problem. We design the finishes in 3D, price them and build them — one team from first sketch to punch list.

02

Install to spec

Architects, designers & owners

Already selected? We order, prep and install it to the manufacturer’s standard — certified crews, clean transitions, on schedule.

03

Trade partner

General contractors

Your interiors subcontractor for floors, walls and ceilings — submittals, sequencing around other trades, and a clean punch list.

(04) See it first

Walk your space before we build it.

No floor plans? No problem — we LiDAR-scan the existing space. Our in-house team turns it into mood boards, photoreal 3D renderings and walkthrough clips — so every finish is decided before a single tile is ordered. Then we build exactly what you approved.

(05) How we work

Built for buildings that never close.

Courthouses, hospitals, airports, occupied towers. Most of our work happens in buildings that stay open, so the process is built around that — from site walk to last seam.

  1. 01 Site walk We LiDAR-scan the space, test the substrate and learn how the building is used day to day.
  2. 02 Visualize In-house 3D renderings show pattern, color and transitions before anything is ordered.
  3. 03 Phase Nights, weekends and room-by-room sequencing, planned with your facility team.
  4. 04 Install Manufacturer-trained, OSHA 30 crews. Protected, clean job sites every shift.
  5. 05 Close out Punch list, warranties and maintenance guidance handed over the day we finish.
