The design
A warm wood-look luxury vinyl plank runs through the café, the kitchen and every main walkway, so the floor reads as one continuous surface from the windows to the core. Textured carpet tile sits under the workstations and in the offices, framed by the plank, which keeps the open floor quiet and marks out each zone without a single wall.
The work
The plank and carpet meet at dozens of transitions along the glass office fronts and around the workstation clusters, all cut to clean straight lines. Our crews returned after move-in to finish the punch list around the furniture.
