- Scope
- Fitness center flooring: rubber equipment zones and plank walkways
- Sector
- Hospitality
The design
Grey rubber flooring defines the equipment zones and light plank flooring runs through the walkways around them, the two meeting in long, sweeping curves. The curves follow the shape of the room and divide strength, cardio and open areas without a single wall.
The work
The old floor came up, the subfloor was ground and patched level, and the curves were laid out and cut on site so the rubber and plank meet in one smooth line before the equipment was set back in place.
