This project involved the installation of all flooring finishes for the new Miami Courthouse, a major civic development and a new landmark for the City of Miami. We are proud to have been part of the construction of this important public facility.

Our scope of work included the installation of flooring throughout the building, incorporating resilient surfaces, carpeted areas, and stair finishes, we used all Mannington materials. In addition, moisture testing was performed to verify site conditions and support long-term performance prior to installation. The project required extensive coordination and consistent quality control across multiple phases.

Spanning more three years, this effort represented a significant commitment of planning, teamwork, and execution. The completed installation delivers a durable, professional interior environment designed to support high traffic while maintaining a refined and cohesive appearance.
