At the City of Coconut Creek U&E Building, we completed a turnkey interior installation delivered in partnership with Engineered Floors.

Our scope included the installation of Armstrong ceiling tile, followed by the installation of J+J Kinetex flooring. Both elements were carefully coordinated to ensure a cohesive interior finish that supports functionality, durability, and overall appearance.

The completed work reflects strong coordination, quality execution, and successful delivery of multiple interior trades under a turnkey approach.
