3 Reasons For Delays and How To Avoid Them

Sustainable practices in the Construction and Renovation industry are a fleeting and arduous task for every contractor, yet also an aspect which should remain at the forefront of every project. At CIC, we have pledged to always use the most sustainable practices and locally-sourced materials to not only help our community, but help save the planet by lessening our carbon footprint.
As of 2020, we have partnered with CarbonFund.org and to not only hold ourselves accountable for our environmental actions, but to also constantly learn how we can further offset our carbon emissions. Since then, not only have we been able to reduce them, but we have completely offset them by reducing 28.8 tons of carbon emissions over this past year!
CarbonFund.org works to educate businesses and individuals about climate change and everyday practices that can help achieve carbon neutrality through sensible energy reductions and carbon offsets. This is all possible through their numerous carbon offset projects, to which you can donate to better aid the offsetting of your emissions.
It is part of our mission to always support our community and the beautiful city of Miami, while also working towards a carbon-neutral world. We are constantly striving to do better, and this is one of the many steps CIC is taking to be the best we can for our community—and our planet.
