Miami-Dade County Stephen P. Clark Government Center

The Miami-Dade County Stephen P. Clark Government Center, SPCC, is a notable government building located in downtown Miami, Florida.
Named after the former mayor of Miami-Dade County, the building houses numerous government offices, including the mayor's office, county commission chambers, and various administrative departments.
The center also features an impressive public art collection, with works from both local and international artists on display throughout the building's public spaces. Its central location and easy accessibility make the Stephen P. Clark Government Center an important hub of civic activity in Miami-Dade County.

To give a natural and lively touch on the offices of the 2nd and 3rd floor.we used Mannington’s Spacia Collection, which is designed to replicate the look and feel of natural materials such as hardwood, stone, and tile, while also providing exceptional durability and easy maintenance.
Additionally, Spacia is designed with sustainability in mind, using recycled content and low VOC emissions to promote environmental responsibility.
